Nobody does Halloween quite like Karangahape Road 🎃

Just a short stroll from our lobby, K’ Road got a whole lot weirder on Saturday – and we loved every second of it!

The annual Freak Out street party brought out the best in our local community. Little monsters on sugar rushes, pups strutting the runway, killer face-paint and parents going all-out with the costumes. It’s vibrant, chaotic community energy at its finest.

Things are about to get weird, wicked and wildly creative right on our doorstep 🕷️✨

Auckland’s legendary Halloween street party, Freak Out, takes over Karangahape Road this Saturday 31 October – and nobody does Halloween quite like K’ Road.

From creepy art projections and market stalls to the iconic Hallowen Dog Parade judged by Chris Parker and Suzanne Paul, the street will be buzzing with colour and energy from day to night.

The Programme:
🐾 4:30pm–6:30pm: Family and fur-baby fun with trick-or-treating, kids’ pop-up raves and the fiercely contested dog costume parade.

🌙 6:30pm–late: The sun sets, the beats drop and the after-dark antics take over with DJs, graveyard tours and street-wide projections.
