We're hosting two sustainability tours during Britomart's Sustainability Week.

Each one runs 30 minutes and takes you through the hotel's guest and dining spaces, exploring how the building was designed and how sustainability is woven into every aspect of our design and operations. From the hand-made bricks on the facade were hand-made from crushed recycled concrete and rainwater caught off the roof to recycled soap and compostable slipper.

Cocktails and canapés in The Libraries. A Bellini at the door, a chef’s selection of sharing platters, three canapés and two walk-and-fork dishes, with a three-hour beverage package and venue hire included. $149 per person, for groups of forty or more.

The Seated Celebration in The Papuke room. Bellinis and canapés on arrival, a two-course feasting menu of seasonal local produce, and a meet-the-chef experience along the way. The room is themed for the season. $219 per person, for groups of thirty or more, venue hire included.

kingi Private, for a table of fourteen. A room crafted around a native kauri table, with a chandelier of glass fish scales overhead. Degustation menus from $145 per person, matched wines from $90 per person, arrival cocktails from $22 per serving.

Every menu is made with seasonal local produce by our award-winning culinary team.

Join us for Gathered Table on Friday 25 September, a one-night dinner where nobody yet knows what's on the menu.

In the days beforehand, Executive Chef Andrew Lautenbach joins a food rescue run, collecting ingredients that would otherwise have gone to landfill, then craft three courses around whatever comes back with him.

You'll dine at one long communal table in The Papuke Room. $100 per person, $40 of which goes directly to Everybody Eats.

Executive chef Andrew Lautenbach has built this high tea around the treats he grew up with. Three courses of savoury and sweet, a glass of No1 Family Estate Assemblé to begin, and teas from Zealong, New Zealand’s only commercial tea estate.

Aotearoa High Tea in The Libraries, this Sunday 16 August at 11am or 2.30pm, $95 per guest. A few seats remain, and if Sunday doesn’t suit, next month’s date will be shared here soon. Link in bio.
