Dry and lightly wooded, with vibrant notes of golden apple, lime and grapefruit, this elegant w**e has a lovely freshness and a distinctive saline finish, with subtle hints of dried thyme and chives.

Aromatic, refreshing and beautifully balanced, our Rosemary Pastis brings together the distinctive character of pastis with the rich fruitiness of sloe gin and the bright, zesty freshness of lime.

Shaken with sugar syrup and served over ice in a wh**ky tumbler, this sophisticated cocktail is finished with fresh rosemary and a dried lime wheel. The herbal notes of rosemary complement the aniseed character of the pastis, while sloe gin and fresh lime add depth, fruitiness and a refreshing finish.
