Located in NZ

These bookings at our accommodation are so bloody disappointing and a huge loss of income

Many weeks ago I had a email asking for a couple to stay Saturday and sunday of Labour weekend and they were from only 15 mins away and wanted a romantic weekend from their kids
Gave all their details and said yip we will pay soon so I waited and this entire week I sent a email which bounced back, a few texts that went unanswered and a call to the phone and the answer message was on so I left a message
Saturday came and no one arrived which was so disappointing

No contact, no cancallation and we are out of pocket $360
We try to be responsive, accommodating and helpful and we hate no shows
Its bloody rude

If this was your business HOW would you like this?
Feel free to check your messages and pay the money owing!!
