Can't see your path? Come and build one at Kinloch. 🌿

Just finished uni and can't find meaningful work? Leaving school and know university isn't for you? We'd love to hear from you.

At Kinloch Wilderness Retreat, near Glenorchy, we're looking for a kayak guide, cafe crew, kitchen team members and maintenance all-rounders.

Choose your path: short-term casual experience, a full season with us, or the long-term supervisor track for those wanting a career in hospitality and hotels.

No perfect CV needed, just curiosity and a good work ethic. You'll get real skills, mentoring and a pathway to supervisory roles in a sustainability-focused business that's going places.
