🤠 That’s all, folks! What an incredible week at our Looney Tunes Camp! 🐰

We had an absolute blast with our 66 campers and 35+ volunteers last week, and the weather couldn’t have been better! It felt more like a summer camp than a spring one! ☀️

We kicked things off by putting our brand-new waterslide to the test, and the fun didn’t stop there! From flying on the Flying Kiwi and tackling the high ropes to swimming and kayaking in the pond, there was no shortage of outdoor adventures.

When we weren’t soaking up the sunshine, we were inside creating custom coffee cups, enjoying delicious meals from Jason & Talia, and hearing some engaging messages from our speaker, Samson. We also packed in some epic team games and challenges, 3D archery, low ropes and an awesome bike show! 🚵‍♂️

A massive thank you to everyone who volunteered, served, cooked, led activities and helped make this camp possible. We couldn’t do it without you!

💦 Our brand-new waterslide is open! 💦

One of our major projects this winter has been the installation and construction of our brand-new waterslide, and our team has been hard at work over the past few weeks scraping, shaping, compacting and laying the slide.

Yesterday, we got the chance to test it out for the first time — and we’re pretty excited about how it turned out! 🙌

There are just a few finishing touches left to complete, and then we can’t wait to see our upcoming school and ministry groups enjoying it for themselves!

We still have plenty of spaces available for our upcoming Looney Tunes themed camp these October school holidays! 🐰💥

If you’re unsure whether camp is the right fit for your child, check out our highlight video from last year’s October camp. It’s a great way to see what a week at Camp Columba actually looks like — the activities, the fun, the learning and the friendships!

If your 10–13 year old loves getting stuck into new activities and having a great time, we’d love to have them along! 🙌
