We are so grateful for our rich soil, but even more so for the talented hands that bring nature’s gifts to the table.

The honey featured here is looked after by our dedicated beekeeper, Murray, as part of our estate's thriving beehives.

Head Chef Leyton incorporates this honey into exquisite creations, such as our artisanal Rēwena Bread—based on traditional Māori bread using a potato starter, honey, rosemary, and harakeke seeds—and a delicate Mānuka-smoked buffalo curd cone presented strikingly on a native Mānuka branch.

Meanwhile, Lovely, our Senior Chef de Partie, hand-picks fresh estate grapefruits straight from our orchard trees to craft our delicious house-made jam.
