Part-Time Office Administrator

Hire Smart and Smart Aggregates are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00am–3pm, with flexibility to work around school drop-offs and pick-ups.

Key Requirements:

* Administration and bookkeeping experience
* Experience with QuickBooks preferred
* Experience with Smartly Payroll or similar payroll software
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in the heavy machinery hire, construction, transport, or quarry industries would be an advantage
* Dealing with phone calls and customers

Responsibilities:

* Accounts payable and receivable
* Payroll processing
* General office administration
* Customer and supplier communications
* Record keeping and reporting support
