“We had the priviledge of spending 2 nights enjoying the world class hospitality of Brian and Frances. The welcome, the luxurious accomodation, the amazing breakfasts has created an amazing memory of our time in Hokitika while biking the West Coast trail! Thanks to you both! Absolutely wonderful.”

Well thank you guys. Sorry about the weather, but hopefully that did not damper your enjoyment !! It is comments like this that make our job so worthwhile. Thanks for travelling to " The Mainland" . It was a pleasure to meet you all.

Just wow wonderful experience
Wow wonderful stay here. The house was beautiful and immaculately presented. The hosts Frances and Brian were welcoming, friendly and so knowledgeable sharing history and recommendations. We loved Frances sharing the history of the house and town. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were outstanding and immaculate. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble leaving the next morning. Thankyou both for welcoming us all into your beautiful home. A true highlight of our trip.
Thankyou so much. A must stay if down Hokitika.

We are so sorry to hear of Queen Elizabeth's passing. 70 years of amazing service.
Our only connection was hosting the team along with the Queens baton being taken through NZ in 2006. It was on its way to Melbourne for the Commnwealth Games. Before we came to Hokitika we also waved to the Queen and Duke as they made their way down Memorial Avenue in Christchurch. They ALMOST saw us until they spotted a dog across the other side of the road. We wish King Charles all the very best in his new role.
