🏨 RELIEF MANAGER WANTED – KAIKŌURA
The White Morph Motel is looking for a reliable, friendly and confident Relief Manager to join our team and cover the Manager’s days off.
The position would be approximately 3–4 days per fortnight, along with holiday cover when required, making it a great option for someone looking for regular, flexible part-time work.
These are 11-12 hour shifts and require some overnight stays.
The role includes general motel management duties, guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries, liaising with housekeeping and maintenance, and making sure everything runs smoothly while the Manager is away.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, trustworthy, confident working independently and enjoys dealing with people. Previous hospitality, accommodation or management experience would be an advantage.
