CURRY NIGHT – NEXT TUESDAY!

We’re putting our amazing chef Archie in the spotlight next Tuesday as he cooks up one of the things he loves most, curry!

If you’ve been to the Waitaki Hotel, chances are you’ve already discovered just how good Archie’s butter chicken is. But did you know that curries are some of the food Archie loves to cook most?

Next Tuesday, he’ll be serving up a selection of his favourite curries, from pork vindaloo and lamb rogan josh to fish Kerala-style in coconut cream sauce, beef masala and veggie curry, plus, of course, his much-loved butter chicken.

It’s all buffet style, so fill your plate, try a little bit of everything!
