Thank you to everyone involved in the comp we had over the weekend. I have a little housekeeping to do so bear with me please. 🐻 😁
This year we handed out a token with every purchase at the pub so everyone could help us decide what to do with the money from the adult entries. The winner of the money is the Milllers Flat Baths, our locally run pool! And as awesome as this is, we still have some money left over from last year that we are going to distribute to our other contenders who just missed out this time. The Teviot Valley Voluntary Help INC, Otago Southland Rescue Chopper, and the Teviot Valley Kids Count, will all be getting a little something something as well, thanks to everyone's efforts last year. As well as our local Millers Flat School getting all the kids entry money. Overall we were able to donate over $3700 dollars thanks to everyone's support.
Thank you again to everyone who came, and here's a few wee photos from the day. We would really love to do a big photo dump, so if anyone has any photos from the comp, (including when you were out there hunting,) that your willing to share, please send them to us.
