We are celebrating International Men's Day with Rural Support and the Railway Hotel.

Grow US well is a practical, down-to-earth wellbeing programme designed with tools specifically for rural men to build health and strengthen mindset.

This event offers practical, no-nonsense tools focused on improving wellbeing, mindset and everyday resilience - without fluff..

EVENING INCLUDES A CHOICE OF MEAL AND DRINK AT THE HOTEL

This workshop will give participants a greater understanding of the Science of Improving Performance and Resilience

This is designed for men who want practical tools, good conversations and time out of their own head - especially those working in rural, trade or hands on roles.
