Our first guests of the season!

Last week, Bike It Now! sent us the lovely, smiley Jason & John.

They battled some proper Central Otago headwinds on the Otagocentralrailtrail , but were rewarded with a cosy evening by the crackling fire. 🔥

And just like that, the new season is underway! 🚲

Thanks for staying with us, Jason & John — we hope to see you again!

A peaceful wee stop right along the Otagocentralrailtrail , with native plants, birdlife and beautiful views across Central Otago. 🌾🐦

Perfect for stretching the legs, spotting some birdlife and enjoying a quiet break from the saddle.

Definitely worth the stop!

Hello Spring!

The sun is shining, the Otagocentralrailtrail is looking pretty good, and we are ready to welcome our first guests of the new season. ☀️🚲

After a quiet winter, it is lovely to see everything waking up again and the Trail coming back to life.

We are looking forward to another season at Lauder School B&B and welcoming you back to Central Otago. 🌿

This week gave us many reasons to celebrate 🥳

✨ 1 year since we took over the beautiful
✨ 120 years since the historic Lauder Railway School was built
✨ 25 years of the bringing travellers through our little corner of Central Otago

We feel incredibly grateful to be part of the story of this special place and community. Thank you to everyone who has supported us during our first year. 💛

One last stop before the final push 💪

This photo was taken just before this tired (but very happy!) group from Latvia continued on to Queenstown — completing an incredible 1,600km journey across New Zealand 🇳🇿🚴‍♂️

We feel lucky to have been a small part of their adventure. Safe travels, and congratulations on such an amazing achievement 👏✨
