WE’RE HIRING! BRAEMAR LEGENDS WANTED!

THE RENOVATION IS COMPLETE. THE ROOMS ARE LOOKING SHARP. NOW WE NEED YOU!

It’s official! After an extensive refurbishment, Braemar Motor Lodge is back operating at 100% capacity!

Our newly refurbished rooms are in hot demand, our guests are loving the new Braemar, and we’re on the hunt for another LEGEND or TWO to join our Housekeeping Crew!

But here’s the thing…

We’re not looking for just anyone. We’re looking for BRAEMAR people.

People who take pride in what they do. People who notice the little things. People who understand that exceptional hospitality doesn’t happen by accident.

At Braemar, we have high standards. Really high standards. And we make absolutely no apologies for that.

Because when a guest walks through our door, they deserve nothing less than our very best.

WHAT MAKES A BRAEMAR LEGEND?

You’re a genuine team player who backs your crew.

You’re physically fit, energetic and ready to get stuck in.

You’ve got an exceptional eye for detail — the little things matter!

You take pride in delivering spotless, beautifully presented rooms.

You don’t cut corners. EVER.

You’re confident, friendly and genuinely enjoy interacting with guests.

You’re reliable, positive and bring a great attitude to work.

You understand that looking after our guests is the reason we’re all here!

THE IMPORTANT BITS

Availability to work across all seven days of the week, including weekends.

Available between 9am and 2pm.

Must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

Housekeeping experience is great, but an outstanding attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

THE BRAEMAR WAY.

It’s more than a freshly made bed and a sparkling bathroom.

It’s pride. It’s consistency. It’s teamwork. It’s going that little bit further when nobody is watching.

It’s making every guest feel genuinely welcome, valued and looked after.

We don’t do average. We don’t do shortcuts. We aim for excellence in everything we do.

And we want people who share that mindset.

We’ve invested enormously in creating something special here at Braemar Motor Lodge, and now we’re looking for the right people to help us take it to the next level.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a BRAEMAR LEGEND?

We’d love to hear from you!

📩 Send us a message introducing yourself and telling us why you’d be a great fit for the Braemar Crew, or email [email protected].

FROM CONSTRUCTION SITE TO GUEST READY!

It's the Braemar Way!

Four more beautifully refurbished rooms were scheduled to come into service this Tuesday… but sometimes an opportunity comes knocking a little earlier than expected!

With guests needing accommodation this weekend, we made the call to bring the finish line forward.

What was a construction site this morning has been transformed into three beautifully finished, sparkling clean, fully furnished Braemar rooms — ready to welcome guests at 2pm TODAY

Our fourth room is getting its final touches tomorrow, keeping us right on track for Tuesday.

A massive team effort, a whole lot of hustle, and absolutely no compromise on the finishing touches or the standards we're so proud of.

Because at the Braemar, we don't just get rooms ready. We get them Braemar ready!

Another milestone in our 2026 refurbishment journey, and three more beautiful spaces ready for our guests to enjoy.

That's the Braemar Way. That's Palmy Proud.
