Well we had our mid winter xmas lunch yesterday, 18 of us were there but enough food for 3 times + that many people lol everyone went all out with their dishes. Everyone had a great afternoon chating and catching up.
Thankyou to our relief managers Joanne and Vance for being the backbone of getting this organized and Nikki Pollard with help from Mum Gill for decorating the room 🎄

OK wow we got an awesome weekend coming up and play ground is used so cool lol so glad to see you all back and the play group going this crazy lol it's great to see kids and Mum's and Dad's catching up here with there mates enjoy your night 😘

Hello our Glade family 👋 we are having a mid winter xmas lunch here on the 25th July up in the convention centre, if you think you are going to be on site that weekend you are more than welcome to attend. Everyone is to bring a plate and BYO drinks. If you are interested can you please PM me within the next week and I can give you an idea of what type of dish to bring just so we don't end up with to many of the same dish lol

Hello everyone for those of you that knew Glen Ramsay who had lived here at the Glade for nearly 20 years passed away on Wednesday, the funeral will be held at the pauanui club 1:30pm on Sunday 10th of May ❤️

Hi just to let you know we were well prepared yesterday we went around everyone's places and made sure tables, chairs, umbrellas, sunshades etc were secure or tied down so if next time you are down and things are in different places that was us 🤣🤣 but in all honesty luckily it never came to what we thought we would get, Ritchie had a good walk around this morning checking for damage but nothing really to report (except one plastic blind and that person has been contacted) so now bring on some nice weather so we can get the lawns mowed lol

Hey yahoo we did it, the playground is up and going for Easter 😍2 huge trucks of bark came in yesterday, and thanks to storms contractors (Amy ☺️) we got the digger and 5 of us on rakes to spread the wood chips over the ground, we have a bit of tiding up to do tomorrow and letting the last of the concrete to set we will open it up tomorrow arvo, the rules are the same as before for now and on the fence, Anne and the late Jeff had this dream for the playground years ago and Anne is been so passionate to see this up and going, so please enjoy this with the kids, is all we are asking for,
A wee bit of positive feed back maybe needed as to improve it more
