Weekly classes for my local peeps will be starting 9th of June…

- Tuesday 6pm Restorative

(This class will be perfect for beginners, blokes and anyone focusing on improved mobility or just wanting a more chilled session.)

- Thursday 9.30am Flow

(A more movement based class with a mixture of mobility, strength and stretching. Ideal for those who have done a bit of yoga before and want to push themselves a little).

I’m going to cap the classes at 8 people for the winter months, as we will mostly be inside. I will have the fire going so the space will be cosy and I’ll have mats available if you don’t have your own.

I will post again closer to the time, it will be a first in first served basis.

Yoga is generally a pretty wonderful experience, but add in views like these… I plan to run a few regular classes a week for my local crew, but I will also be offering another unique experience. Picture you and your gal pals/hens do/partner rolling up to this view, taking a relaxing yoga class with me… before chilling on the deck in bean bags, maybe sipping on a ch*****ne whilst enjoying a platter, taking an outdoor bath, or watching a sunset and toasting some marshmallows beneath the stars… sounds pretty extra to me… I’ll have more details come June, but if you’d like to enquire and book something in for a special occasion, feel free to message me here. As our final season draws to an end… I am excited to share the next chapter. I will be transitioning the glamp site into a yoga studio. With sweeping views of rolling hills, a cosy space to switch off and connect, I feel like this is a natural transition into something quite special. I’ve been teaching yoga for well over ten years now but have never had a space of my own to teach. This will be a place to socialise and connect, take a breather and for others to continue to enjoy this stunning spot… just in a slightly different way. Terri Xx
