The endangered kea is the world's only alpine parrot, and one of the most intelligent birds. The kea has been crowned Bird of the Year for 2017 and spotted very much daily on your trip into Milford Sound
And Fiordland.

The mountain Kea. A lovely day today guiding up the Routeburn track. Many photos to go through!!
The clients wanted to photograph the Kea so just up the Milford road at monkey creek we found some!
