“The Thrillaxing Getaway”

Nestled in the heart of the Tararua district on 570 acres of spectacular bush and farmland, The Sheds are the perfect place to relax, unwind, and leave the stress of everyday life behind. With our unspoilt countryside, rugged bush clad ranges, and nearby untouched coastline and rivers, The Sheds are ideally placed for you to create new memories and enjoy Tararua, the true playground of the East Coast. From mountain biking to meditation, from hunting to hiking, and from canyoning to crafts – there are new experiences everywhere. And when we add our love of genuine country hospitality, we create a unique promise to all our guests: The Thrillaxing Getaway. Thrillaxing is about creating your own adventure in whatever way excites you, and then being able to unwind completely. Our guests get the best of both worlds with the comforts of home and days like no other. Thrillaxing is also our role as consummate country hosts, making sure our guests are well prepared with local insights and ideas, and then welcomed home with all the comforts and attention they need. So kick back. Get together. Be fascinated, captivated, energised – it’s all in the Thrillaxing Getaway.
