The aim is to be as self sufficient as possible over time, to create a warm, happy, safe, affordable, welcoming environment with cafe wine bar, accommodation, gardens and a passion for making life enjoyable, and making this a great gateway to the Fiordland national park and its surrounding natural wonders. Making a place where travelers can relax and meet Kiwis and where kiwis can relax and meet travelers. With a 500 sq meter cafe/ reception building, 22 rooms containing kitchenette, double bed and a couch bed in most, 2 communal social areas, 5 toilet blocks, 3 laundries, 10 tent sites, 10 camper van sites in spacious grounds and park like settings the complex is a little bit to big at the moment. Given time numbers should grow to a point where it feels vibrant, alive and inviting.

I have 3 kg spare medium large garlic suitable for seed. $50 kg about $3 per head. Red Russian, I also have Prinator but it is a smaller variety small to medium heads. Prinator keeps longer.
