Olivia runs Patangata Valley Glamping, a Canopy Camping Escapes host property, on her farm in Central Hawke's Bay with her husband and daughter.

In need of a passion project and fuelled by dreams of creating a place she and others could enjoy, Olivia launched Patangata Valley Glamping. At the time, she was also caring for her three-month-old daughter, Francesca, while balancing business and family life.

Together with her husband Andy, Patangata Valley Glamping has grown into a leading glamping retreat nestled in the hills of Central Hawkes Bay.
