At Two Rivers Ohakune, sustainability isn't hidden away in a policy document. It's something you can see, feel, and be part of during your stay.
This video, captured in May 2026, tells part of that story. As the drone approaches, you'll spot the solar panels installed on our roof in April 2026, quietly helping power the property with renewable energy.
You'll also see our riverbanks, where invasive species have been removed and replaced with native plantings. This restoration project is a long-term commitment, with new planting and habitat improvements continuing each year.
As the camera glides towards our three guest suites, it reveals what makes Two Rivers so special: boutique accommodation nestled amongst native trees, beside two mountain rivers, with nature quite literally at your doorstep.
