#1 Tofi, our resident cat, claimed his rock in the garden. Unbothered, present, living his best retreat life.
#2 Fresh coconuts cracked open, cold coconut water at the buffet. Someone always thought of everything.
#3 Garden herbs burning beside Shiva Nataraja, the Cosmic Dancer.
#4 Yoga students moving through morning practice in the temple, breath by breath.
#5 Fresh coconut water poured straight from the shell in the kitchen, no labels, no additives, just the real thing.
6 A despacho ceremony about to begin in the garden, the Apus watching from the distance.

Small moments that come together naturally.
A place where healing happens.
A natural healing center. 🌿

No solo hacemos esto. Lo vivimos.

1 Tofi, nuestro gato residente, encontró su roca en el jardín. Tranquilo, presente, viviendo su mejor vida de retiro.
2 Cocos frescos partidos, agua de coco fría en el buffet. Alguien siempre pensó en todo.
3 Hierbas del jardín ardiendo junto a Shiva Nataraja, el Danzante Cósmico.
4 Estudiantes de yoga en su práctica matutina dentro del templo, respiración a respiración.
5 Agua de coco fresca servida directo del coco en la cocina, sin etiquetas, sin aditivos, solo lo natural.
6 Una ceremonia de despacho a punto de comenzar en el jardín, los Apus observando desde la distancia.

Pequeños momentos que se unen de forma natural.

This is yacón, grown right here at RaicesInkas.

Native to the Andes, yacón has long been valued for its nutritional properties. It contains prebiotics that support gut health and has traditionally been used to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels and support the body’s natural inflammatory response.

One of the things we love about life in the Sacred Valley is being surrounded by plants that nourish both people and the land. Many of these plants grow right in our gardens, reminding us that food, healing and nature have always been deeply connected.

Este es el yacón, cultivado aquí mismo en RaicesInkas.

Originario de los Andes, el yacón ha sido valorado durante mucho tiempo por sus propiedades nutricionales. Contiene prebióticos que apoyan la salud digestiva y tradicionalmente se ha utilizado para ayudar a mantener niveles saludables de azúcar en sangre y apoyar la respuesta natural del cuerpo frente a la inflamación.
