We put together this little documentary to bring you a little closer to our world and to introduce you to the 55 children who are now part of the Casita Huarán family.

It is a beautiful program, and it is teaching us so much every single day. We are learning from the children, from each experience, and from all the little challenges that come along the way. More than ever, we are paying attention to everything we can learn so that we can keep improving and making the program better for the years ahead.

To be completely honest, it can also be incredibly exhausting! We could definitely use a couple more people with experience in education on our team. But when we see the children growing, learning, laughing, and feeling at home, we know that every bit of effort is worth it.

Hello community!
Christmas is coming, and with it our tradition of holding a Christmas hot chocolate party for almost 650 children in the communities of Huarán, Cancha Cancha, and Tacllapata.
For 10 years, Casita Huarán has held these hot chocolate parties with the help of family, friends, neighbors, and everyone who joins this cause.
To make this happen, we need your help. You can help by making cash donations, donating requested items, and, of course, participating on the day of the hot chocolate party to help out and celebrate!
We need 9.40 soles per person, which includes hot chocolate, bread, toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap, and pens. The total amount needed to make this event a success is S/. 6016 (approximately USD 1800). Any amount raised above this amount will be used for books, school or art supplies for the children, transportation to the different communities (Cancha Cancha, Tacllapata), entertainment, cups, and other emergency supplies.

Ya se acerca la navidad y con ella nuestra tradición de llevar a cabo la chocolatada navideña para casi 650 niños entre las comunidades de Huarán, Cancha Cancha y Tacllapata
Durante 10 años, Casita Huarán ha realizado estas chocolatadas con la colaboración de familia, amigos, vecinos y todos los que se suman a esta causa
Para lograrlo, necesitamos su ayuda. Puede ser en forma de donaciones en efectivo, productos solicitados y, por supuesto, ¡participando el día de la(s) chocolatada(s) para ayudar y celebrar!
Se necesita un monto de 9.40 soles por persona, que incluye: chocolate para beber, pan, cepillo y pasta de dientes, jabón y bolígrafos. El total necesario para que este evento sea un éxito es de S/. 6016 (aproximadamente USD 1800). Cualquier monto recaudado que supere esta cantidad se destinará a libros, útiles escolares o de arte para los niños, transporte para llegar a las diferentes comunidades (Cancha Cancha, Tacllapata), entretenimiento, vasos y otros suministros de emergencia.
