How do I heal what I keep carrying? 🌿

Some things stay with us for years. Old patterns. Grief. A heaviness we can't quite name.

Healing rarely happens all at once. Often it starts when we stop running from what we carry and give ourselves the time, space and support to look at it honestly.

How do you actually get to an Ayahuasca retreat in the Amazon? 🌊

It's simpler than you might think. You fly into Iquitos, and we pick you up at the airport and take care of the whole transfer to the retreat.

Many guests say the journey there is when they first begin to slow down. The city falls away, the river opens up, and the jungle takes over.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come. We're here to answer your questions before, during and after your retreat.

Welcome to your new jungle home. 🌿

Come take a look around. Your private room has a comfortable bed, fresh linen, mosquito screens, your own bathroom with a shower, a fan and drinking water. There's even satellite Wi-Fi, if you want it.

Outside your door, the jungle is wide awake. Birds in the morning, rain on the roof, and nights full of sounds you've never heard before.

We keep our retreats small, with a maximum of 8 guests, so it feels less like a hotel and more like a home.

What is the bottle every Amazonian healer keeps close? 🌿

It's called Agua de Florida, a floral water that has become part of ceremonial life across the Peruvian Amazon.

Healers use it to cleanse, protect and clear heavy energy. Often they blow it gently over a person, which is called a soplada. Its sweet, fresh scent is one of the first things many guests remember from ceremony.

At Lighthouse!, our Shipibo healers use traditional tools like this to hold a safe and caring space for your journey. We keep our retreats small, with a maximum of 8 guests, so every person gets real attention.
