The whole house and lot are powered by solar only
Caretakers to assist. Rules:
- Only nylon swim wears are allowed
- Bringing of small and big appliances are prohibited
- No pets allowed
- Only cellphone charges/laptops are allowed in addition to the ones mentioned above.
- No smoking

NOTE: Use of electricity are monitored by the caretakers since the place is solar powered. Contact us during our business hours, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, for inquiries.
