AGAWA ROOM

It is the first room on the second floor. It's bright room but breezy.

KIN-IWAY ROOM

It has a double deck bed. It could be small in the eye but can house 5 pax comfortably.

AMBAGIW ROOM

The only room that has a balcony. From the balcony, you have the pleasure of viewing the front yard and the back yard. Both the sunrise and the sunset is just a glimpse away.

TAMBOWAN ROOM

Located at the ground floor area. It is the biggest room of all in the houses. The toilet has a shower and bath. The entrance door from the porch is glass so from inside you can see the greenish garden.

The Living Room.

This is very spacious with a smart TV. We have NETFLIX for you to kill dull moments away. Karaoke has been installed as well, so you can sing your heart out. Karaoke is only allowed until 10pm. Amadeo is strict on this rule.

The KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM.

LAYAD's VILLA & Homestay has a fully equipped kitchen. That includes refrigerator, bread toaster, microwave oven, pots and pans, bowls and plates, cutleries and basic condiments.

We collect 300 kitchen fee a day for heavy cooking. Free of charge if it's light cooking.
