🏡 HOUSE RULES & GUEST REMINDERS

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following house rules:

NO SMOKING OR VA**NG. Smoking and va**ng inside the house are strictly prohibited.

NO PETS ALLOWED. Pets are not permitted inside the property.

OBSERVE QUIET HOURS. Please avoid loud noises from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

SAVE ENERGY. Turn off the air-conditioning units when not in use, especially when leaving the crib.

SWITCH OFF LIGHTS. Please turn off all lights when not needed.

TURN OFF THE TELEVISION. Switch off the TV when not in use.

PROPER TOILET DISPOSAL. Do not flush toilet paper into the toilet bowl. Please use the trash bin provided.

KEEP THE KITCHEN CLEAN. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, lavatory, and sink.

WASH KITCHEN UTENSILS. Please wash all used kitchen utensils and the rice cooker before check-out.

PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL. Dispose of all garbage and waste in the designated trash bins.

MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS. Please keep the crib clean, orderly, and well-maintained throughout your stay.

REPORT DAMAGES OR LOSSES. Immediately inform the host of any loss, breakage, or damage incurred during your stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY. Charges for damages, losses, or violations resulting in additional cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from your security deposit, as applicable.
