To ensure every client has a "Red Carpet" experience, please follow our rental policy:

πŸ’° Payment & Deposit
- Full Payment: The total rental fee is due upon booking/pickup.
- Security Deposit: A β‚±500 security deposit is required per gown.
- Refunds: Your deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the gown in its original condition (no tears, heavy stains, or damage).

⏰ 24-Hour Return Policy
- Gowns must be returned within 24 hours of your pickup time.
- Late Fee: A fee of β‚±500 per day applies to all late returns.

✨ Care & Cleaning
- Professional Care: Please do not wash or iron the gown. We handle all specialized cleaning to maintain the fabric’s quality.
- Style with Care: Please be mindful of zippers, sharp accessories, and makeup to avoid snags or permanent marks.

❌ Damage or Loss
- Major damage or loss of the gown will require the client to cover the full repair or replacement cost.
