𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭?
For the 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲, leadership is also about growth. It means staying open, learning from others, and becoming more aware of how our actions affect those we serve.
These were among the lessons brought by our representatives during 𝗟𝗲𝗧𝗿𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲, a two-day leadership training organized by the College Student Executive Board (CSEB) on August 27–28, 2026, at Viento De Mar Beach Resort, Brgy. Sogod, Bacacay, Albay.
Guided by the theme, “𝙄𝙡𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨.” The training gave our representatives space to learn beyond their usual roles, connect with fellow leaders, and reflect on how growth and responsibility can shape the way they lead every day.
And perhaps that is what makes leadership worth learning. There is always more to learn, more to understand, and more room to grow.
𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳? 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳? 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘴?
As we continue our journey as an organization, may we carry these questions with us and allow every experience to shape the way we lead, serve, and grow.
