The public is advised to exercise caution when passing through Baguioโ€“Bauang Road (Quirino Highway), Barangay Irisan, Baguio City, due to ongoing flooding caused by continuous heavy rainfall. Water levels may rise during periods of intense rainfall, but are expected to recede quickly once the rain subsides.

The temporary flooding is attributed to the limited capacity of the existing drainage canal, which is currently being improved to enhance water flow and help mitigate flooding in the area.
