MONTHLY STATED MEETING / SEPTEMBER 5, 2026
A remarkable day of brotherhood, tradition, and celebration unfolded during the Regular Stated Meeting of Meridian Masonic Lodge No. 268 led by WM Raul V. De Guzman. The meeting was uniquely opened by the Past Masters of the lodge, setting a solemn and dignified tone that honored the rich traditions of the Craft.
The highlight of the day was the Third Degree raising of our newest Master Masons, Brother Jerome Nuestro and Brother Patrick Heras. Reaching the Sublime Degree of Master Mason represents a significant milestone in a Mason’s journey, and the lodge takes great pride in guiding and supporting both brothers as they assume their new roles in the Fraternity.
The gathering was further elevated by a fraternal visit from the brethren of Nueva Ecija Masonic Lodge No. 73 led by WM Allan Paul Ferrariz. To mark this special occasion, an exchange of gifts and memorabilia took place between both lodges, symbolizing the enduring bonds of friendship and unity across jurisdictions. The meeting also welcomed the returning of older rmembers of the lodge adding a warm, nostalgic touch to the evening's proceedings.
Following the close of the labor, the brethren transitioned to refreshment for a lively banquet. The fellowship featured a feast of good food accompanied by live music from two talented bands. The night concluded in high spirits, with visiting and local brethren exchanging fond farewells and bright smiles—making it, without a doubt, a night to remember.
