Position Title: Facilities Support Staff (Doorman/Watchman & Maintenance)
Rizmy Hotel is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Facilities Support Staff. This position combines doorman/watchman responsibilities with basic maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of our hotel facilities.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Doorman & Watchman Duties:
• Greet and assist guests entering or leaving the premises.
• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, and surroundings to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular rounds of the property to check for security and safety issues.
• Report unusual activities, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted hotel areas.
Maintenance Duties:
• Perform basic repairs and upkeep of hotel facilities (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of hotel grounds, back areas, and utilities.
• Assist in setting up or moving furniture and equipment when needed.
• Support housekeeping and front office staff in facility-related concerns.
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger repair works when required.
Qualifications
• High school graduate or vocational course graduate preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, repair, or utility work an advantage.
• Experience as a watchman, doorman, or similar role is a plus.
• Physically fit, alert, and willing to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

• Full-time employment (8-hour shifts).
