We are hiring resort maintenance
Job Qualifications
⢠At least High School Graduate; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
⢠Preferably with 1â2 years of experience in general maintenance, hotel/resort maintenance, building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
⢠Basic knowledge and practical skills in:
⢠Plumbing and water systems
⢠Basic electrical troubleshooting
⢠Carpentry and minor furniture repairs
⢠Painting and finishing
⢠Air-conditioning basic care and troubleshooting
⢠Water pumps, tanks, and drainage systems
⢠General building and facility repairs
⢠Able to identify maintenance problems and perform minor repairs safely.
⢠Knows when a repair requires a qualified or licensed technician.
⢠Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and performing outdoor work.
⢠Willing to work outdoors and respond to urgent maintenance concerns when necessary.
⢠Able to use and properly care for common hand and power tools.
⢠Safety-conscious and follows proper procedures when working with electricity, equipment, and chemicals.
⢠Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
⢠Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
⢠Organized and capable of keeping simple maintenance records and checklists.
⢠Good attitude and able to communicate respectfully with guests, supervisors, and other staff.
⢠Willing to perform other reasonable maintenance-related duties as assigned.
