📋 4th Monthly Regular Board of Directors Meeting | FY 2026–2027

From a well-attended seminar to another productive board meeting! 💼✨
PICPA Cebu Chapter held its 4th Monthly Regular Board of Directors Meeting at Cebu Parklane International Hotel, immediately following the successful conduct of its seminar, bringing chapter leaders together for another round of meaningful discussions, strategic alignment, and collaborative planning.
Leading the meeting virtually was Chapter President Atty. Kim M. Aranas, alongside the officers and directors present in person:

• Jollybee Del Rosario – Vice President for Professional Development
• Shannen Keisha Tan – Vice President for Membership
• Jovamar Mendoza – Secretary
• Stephen Villaver – Assistant Secretary

• Gensbergh Rago – Auditor
• Michell Rose Amizola – PRO I
• Janine Tayabas – PRO II
• Stewart Herbie Po – Sectoral Director for Public Practice
Joining virtually was Earl Lorenz Minerva – Sectoral Director for Commerce and Industry.
Also present was the Chapter’s Executive Director, Ms. Sugar B. Sagarino.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review chapter developments, discuss upcoming initiatives, and strengthen coordination among the Board in pursuit of the Chapter’s goals and priorities for FY 2026–2027.
Beyond the agenda and action points, the gathering also reflected the spirit of teamwork and shared commitment that drives PICPA Cebu forward. After all, meaningful progress happens when leaders come together with a common purpose. 🤝
As we continue advancing professional excellence, member engagement, and service to the accounting community, the Board remains steadfast in turning plans into purposeful action.
