We are pleased to announce two new additions to our boutique properties inside Cebu IT Park: Estudio Sierra and Studio Araya, located at Avida Towers Riala Tower 5, the newest tower in the estate.

Both studios now sit on the 20th floor and their completion marks exactly two years since we began Siempre Stays. Calm, considered spaces delivered with the same standard we have held from day one.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who trusted the process. This work reminds us why we started: to build spaces that feel steady, even when life is not.
