Camella Northpoint lies within the most vantage part at the heart of the northern fringe of Davao's economic hub, situated on elevated land at the junction of J. Laurel Avenue and Buhangin Road, two of the major thoroughfares in the city. It shares address with new and modern developments currently on the rise, such as mixed-use developments, IT parks, restaurants, modern commercial areas, and high-end retail and shopping centers. Everything is a short ride away or a few minutes' drive, such as the international airport, seaport, BPO centers, large manufacturing firms, business establishments, church and parishes, schools, hospitals, malls, markets, even a golf course. It is a few minutes drive or ride to public beaches along Davao's coast, and to jump-off points to high-end resorts on Samal Island. Public transportation is easily accessible right outside the condo premises. Northpoint's location at the heart of the metropolis allows for a highly urbanized lifestyle. It has easy access to modern amenities, leisure and shopping areas as well as offices and workplaces, being proximate to the business and commercial district. This takes away long and tiring commutes and the hassle of dealing with city traffic. Northpoint homeowners can easily traipse over and get a cup of coffee or a sandwich at a neighborhood café on the way to work, or buy groceries at a nearby supermarket or convenience store on the way home, or even eat out at the many specialty restaurants within the vicinity. More than that, everything else can be done within a short distance, like wind down at bars, shop at malls, spend the day at the beach, pay bills, attend mass, go to work, do business, even play a round of golf. Camella Northpoint's location gives it a highly sought-after premier address desired by many but acquired by only a select few. Notes:
