Harolds Hotel Quezon City was pleased to welcome the students of Bestlink College of the Philippines for a Hotel Familiarization Program centered on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE).
The program offered the students an opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of hotel operations while appreciating the values of Filipino hospitality, professionalism, genuine care, and service excellence.
The learning experience was further enriched by the presence of our General Manager, Mr. Johnson Del Valle, together with our dedicated Department Heads, who shared their industry knowledge, leadership insights, and firsthand experiences with the students. Their engagement provided valuable perspectives on the importance of professionalism, teamwork, genuine Filipino hospitality, and service excellence, inspiring the students to uphold the standards and values that define exceptional hospitality.
