A LITTLE APPRECIATION & A LESSON LEARNED FROM CHIEF’S RENTALS❤️

We would like to give a big thank you to one of our repeat renters for being honest and immediately informing us when one of our tent poles accidentally broke during their camping trip. 🥹🤍

Accidents can happen, especially when camping, and we truly appreciate renters who choose to be honest and communicate with us right away. Your honesty means a lot to a small rental business like ours! 🫶🏻

This experience also became a lesson learned for us. It reminded us how important it is to properly check our camping gear before every rental and to give our renters clear safety reminders, especially when handling fiberglass tent poles.

⚠️ A QUICK REMINDER FOR OUR FUTURE RENTERS:

If a tent pole breaks during your camp:
• Stop using the damaged pole immediately.
• Please don't force, bend, or continue using a broken pole.
• Take a photo/video and message us right away so we can assist you. 📸 (if may signal, pag wala it's okay just video or take a photo lang po)
• Keep all broken pieces and return them with the tent.
• Be extra careful with fiberglass because broken poles can develop sharp splinters that may cause cuts or skin irritation.

Most importantly, please don't be afraid to tell us when something happens.🤍 We understand that accidents can happen. What matters to us is honesty, proper communication, and taking care of the things we share with our fellow campers.
