❤️ MY INSPIRING JOURNEY

I grew up in a squatter community in West Timawa, Molo, Iloilo City, in a house with a roof full of holes. There were days when we didn’t even have enough money for food. From elementary school to college, life was a constant struggle.

But I never stopped dreaming.

Through education, hard work, and countless sacrifices, I built a better future. Today, I am blessed to be the Founder and CEO of Iloilo & Boracay Rentals, with real estate and rental properties in Iloilo, Boracay, and Tagaytay.

I share my story to inspire others, especially fellow OFWs and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Never be ashamed of where you came from. Your beginning does not define your ending! Work hard, save money, invest wisely, and never give up on your dreams.

🙏 Thank You, Lord, for turning my struggles into blessings. All glory belongs to You!

💬 What is the biggest dream you are still fighting to achieve? Share your story and inspire others!

Who would have thought that a poor Ilonggo boy who grew up hungry, living in a house with holes in the roof, would one day migrate to the USA and become a real estate investor? 🥹👨🏻‍💻🏝️🏡

Despite having no financial support from my father, I worked hard and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. I refused to give up on my dreams. 🙌

Today, I work as a Staff Accountant and waiter at three different restaurants in the USA while owning multiple rental properties across Iloilo, Boracay, and Tagaytay, Philippines, earning passive income through real estate. 🇺🇸👨🏻‍💻🏝️

As CEO and Founder of Iloilo & Boracay Rentals, I want to give back by offering beautiful staycations for as low as ₱499 per person!

Remember, your humble beginnings do not define your future. With hard work, perseverance, and determination, your dreams can become reality! 🙏❤️

🥹 Mula Sa Butas Na Bubong, Hanggang Sa Sariling Rental Property Sa Boracay 🏝️🏠

✨ ₱499 per person only
🏠 Minimum of 5 pax
🌊 Stunning balcony ambiance
🏖️ White-sand beach access
🏊 Free use of amenities
📺 Netflix
📶 WiFi
✨ At marami pang iba

At isang malaking THANK YOU sa aming foreigner guest na nag-book at nanatili sa aming Boracay property nang 23 nights, from September 8 to October 1, 2026! ❤️🇵🇭

Hindi pa tapos ang kwento. 🏝️

Count Me In! ❤️

FROM AN EMPTY STOMACH TO A BORACAY PROPERTY 🥹🏠🏝️🌊

I grew up in a poor family in a squatter area. There were many days when I went to school with an empty stomach because there was simply nothing to eat. 🥹

But I kept going.💪

I worked hard, studied hard, and held on to my dreams until I finished college—even through the difficult days when hunger was part of my everyday life.

Today, I look at this property in Boracay Newcoast, Boracay Island, and sometimes I still can’t believe how far God has brought me. 🙏

From having nothing… to owning a property in Boracay now worth approximately ₱15 MILLION. 🏝️

This is more than a property. This is a testimony. 🥰

A reminder that your humble beginnings do not have to determine your ending. Keep working. Keep believing. Keep moving forward even when life is difficult.
👨🏻‍💻
And when God opens the door, don’t forget where you came from.✨

Thank You, Lord, for everything. 🙏

Now, I’m happy to share this blessing with others through an affordable Boracay Newcoast staycation for only ₱499 per person, with FREE use of amenities, NETFLIX, WIFI, and more.

From a child who once went to school hungry… to a property owner in Boracay.

Nothing is impossible when you keep the faith, work hard, and never give up. ❤️
