🚒🇹🇼🇵🇭【菲華青年消防研習營進階班結業🔥 強化複合型災害應變力】

「2026年菲華青年消防研習營進階班」圓滿結訓🎉！32名來自菲律賓各地的學員赴臺完成為期4天的密集實務訓練，全面提升面對複合型災害的應變能力，為僑社防災韌性再升級💪

本次研習由 僑務委員會 辦理，於 內政部消防署訓練中心 舉行結業典禮。僑委會僑民處處長 陳永豐 勉勵學員，長期投入義消服務、精進救災技能的精神令人敬佩，期盼大家返國後將所學應用於在地服務，持續強化社區防災能力🌟

團長 蔣柏煌 代表學員致謝，表示此次訓練收穫豐富，未來將積極分享所學，並號召更多菲華義消共同參與，提升整體防災能量🤝
