⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 𝟱/𝟱 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 - 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀.
“We stayed for two nights at Loboc River Lodge and had a fantastic experience. The warm welcome with fresh towels and iced tea immediately made us feel at home. Our room (number 6) was in the new part of the lodge and came with a huge terrace overlooking the river. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with coffee and tea facilities and water provided in refillable bottles. All amenities—shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes—were thoughtfully provided.
We happened to be there during a Level 1 typhoon, so all water activities were prohibited on our first day. Luckily, we had a car and took the opportunity to explore Bohol by land, which we wanted to do anyway. The staff remained extremely friendly and helpful, as we experienced consistently throughout our trip in the Philippines.
On our first morning, the lower parts of the lodge were flooded due to the storm, but the rooms are set slightly higher and connected by wooden pathways, so it didn’t affect our stay at all. Everything continued smoothly.
The onsite restaurant served very tasty and super affordable food. The water sports activities could be a bit better attended, but this was a minor detail in an otherwise excellent stay and probably due to the weather.
We also enjoyed two wonderful massages during our visit—highly recommended, one outside on the island, di relaxing.
Overall, Loboc River Lodge is a charming, peaceful place with great service, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. We’d happily stay again.”
