PUBLIC ADVISORY REGARDING INQUIRIES FROM SUSPICIOUS ACCOUNTS

We kindly ask everyone who wishes to inquire here on Facebook about our rental units to message us using their legitimate Facebook account.

We have recently been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from accounts using fake or incomplete names, no profile photos, dummy accounts, and profiles with little to no information visible.

We understand that some people choose to keep their Facebook profiles private or locked for personal reasons. A locked profile alone does not mean that an account is suspicious. However, when an account provides us with no reasonable way to establish who we are communicating with, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue the inquiry until proper identification can be provided.

Please understand that we are handling property rentals, not simply selling and delivering products to anonymous customers.

When you rent with us, we are entering into an ongoing landlord-tenant relationship. We entrust our property to our tenants, while our tenants entrust us with their payments, personal information, and accommodation. Transparency and mutual verification are important on both sides.

This also helps us protect prospective tenants from scammers, impersonators, and individuals who may attempt to misuse our photos, videos, rental information, or other content to create fake listings or solicit payments from unsuspecting renters.

We have nothing against you protecting your privacy online. We simply need to know who we are transacting with, and likewise, we encourage you to verify us just as carefully before sending us any payment.

⚠️ PLEASE BE VIGILANT! ⚠️

Araw-araw akong nakakabasa ng posts online tungkol sa mga naghahanap apartment NEAR CLARK na na-scam after mag-send ng downpayment.

Especially sa mga students, interns, and OJTs na naghahanap ng accommodation from another province at hindi agad makakapag-ocular — please be extra careful before sending ANY money or transacting with ANYBODY.

Here are a few RED FLAGS to watch out for:

🚩 Minamadali kayong magdown.

🚩 Okay kausap sa umpisa, pero di na nagrereply kapag humingi ka ng verification na siya nga yung owner or may authority sa pagpaparent ng property.

🚩 Sobrang mura compared sa ibang rentals sa area.

🚩 Ayaw ibigay ang exact location/address ng property.

And marami pa.
