Rates are fixed regardless how many guests are checked in, maximum of 4 pax/guests/room/night (extra pax charges will apply if more than 4 pax per room)
Inclusive are the ff:
-Resort Amenities ( 2 private beach coves, 5 swimming pools, 3 restaurants, club house)
-Free Scheduled shuttle services in and out of the resort
-Hotel operated services provided by Fairways and Bluewater Resort
-Concierge services provided by Fairways and Bluewater
-Two queens size bed with basic room amenities (tv with cable, internet, phone)
-Basic kitchen supplies (small ref, coffee condiments, mini bar, sink)
-A patio with outdoor furniture and a view of the golf and country club of Fairways and Bluewater Resort
-Guided Boat and Land Transportation from and to Caticlan or Kalibo airport may be provided by Fairways and Bluewater Resort for additional cost.
***Additional amenities like golf, water sports, horseback riding and island hoping are available for ADDITIONAL PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE RESORT.
-Our condominium units are enrolled in the hotel pool of Fairways and Bluewater resort. Each and individual unit owner benefit a 30 day per year hotel operated usage of their unit.
-Early reservations increases the chance of unit availability especially on peak seasons and holidays (ideally one month in advance).
-Unit Owners guarantees lodging availability and basic hotel services only. Please take note that BREAKFAST is EXCLUSIVE and NOT INCLUDED in our hotel rate.
-Guided/Chartered Boat and Land Transportation is NOT included in our accommodation rate, however, FnB offers such service with a separate fee payable upon arrival at the welcome center
-Rates are quoted per night and good up to 4 guests/pax (rates are fix regardless how many guest will stay in the hotel, strict rules apply on number of guest allowed)
-Billing may be processed through the following:
*Direct Bank Deposit
*GCASH OR BPI Pay
*Pay Pal (Php 200 additional fee per room transaction)
-Guests are normally given 48 hours to settle their account once AFTER a "Final Confirmation Certificate" is submitted via email.
-ADJACENT rooms are not guaranteed however may be requested if available.
-Check in is always 2 pm, early check in is only allowed if the room is available and clean at an earlier time. Check out is always 12 pm.
-Extra pax charges per room will apply if guests are more than 4 pax/room (details will be provided after an initial "booking certificate is processed"

Upon booking your reservation, the confirmation certificate will be emailed to you
48 hours-7 days upon booking if booked more than 1 week in advance
