If you are 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 your items during the scheduled time, you may authorize a representative by providing a 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. This will allow them to collect your frame or yearbook on your behalf.
