Starting September 30, 2026, Tandatangan Golf Residences (Phases 1–4) will have updated pricing:

Regular Lots: ₱31,000 → ₱31,500/sqm
Premium/Corner Lots: ₱32,500 → ₱33,000/sqm
Fairway Lots: ₱34,000 → ₱34,500/sqm

For existing lot owners, this is another positive indicator of the increasing developer price of properties within Camaya Coast and can serve as a useful reference when assessing your property's current market position.

For buyers and referrals who are considering owning a property here, there may still be an opportunity to secure available inventory before the new pricing takes effect, subject to availability and current developer terms.
