โ Process and manage daily ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ฏ๐๐๐ฅ๐ transactions, including ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐จ๐ข๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ฒ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
โ Perform ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง and ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ง๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฌ with other departments.
โ Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts to ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.
โ Assist in preparing financial analysis and reports to ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ .
โ Support ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก-๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ-๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ, including preparing financial schedules, reconciliations, and monthly management reports.
โ Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records in ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ญ ๐ซ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ.
โ Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant/Finance Manager.

โ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
โ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero preferred).

โ PHP26,000 - PHP29,000+ / month with opportunity for salary increment for well-performing staff.
