Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.
No lifeguard is available. Please practice proper decorum while using the pool and ensure that children and people needing assistance are always supervised. We will not be liable for any accident that may occur.
**Parking**
We provided parking space for 4 cars, other vehicle can park properly in the side of the road at their own risk.
**Guest Access**
Our guest will have full access to the whole place except for the storage and pool pump area.
**Security**
We have our caretaker there to assist you with any needs or concern during your stay. For non-urgent matters, we kindly ask that you request assistance before 9PM. For urgent concerns, you may contact us directly; their numbers will be provided.

Food Delivery: There are Grab Food available in the area, and there’s a local restaurant that offers delivery to the property.
We can't do rebooking/cancellation if it’s just due to a rainy weather. But if there's a typhoon and PAGASA puts your point of origin and Batangas under Signal 1 or higher, we can rebook your stay.
House Rules:
NO SMOKING and VA**NG inside the villa or in the lanai/pool area. You may do outside the villa with proper disposal of cigar butts. Penalty : Php 2,000
NO grilling inside the villa. Penalty: Php 1,000 Grill only in the designated area to avoid fire accidents.
Illegal drugs is STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS.
We allowed pets, but please rest assured that you will be properly take care of their waste and you will be held liable to them during your stay.
Vandalism and sticking of wall decorations that use any kind of tape or glue on the wall, doors or glass are not allowed.
Do not flush your trash on the toilet bowl.
No lifeguard is available. Children and anyone needing assistance must always be supervised.
The villa is surrounded by greenery. You can expect various types of bugs to visit during your stay. Please bring insect repellent and keep the doors and windows closed at all times.
For sanitary reasons, we do not provide towels.
Please note that we don’t have wheelchair ramp and there are stairs going up & down the property.
A security deposit of Php 1,000 is required when you check in. Our caretaker will collect it and return it during your check out once he checked the condition of the house. The security will be forfeited if one of the following rules is violated:
* No excessive stains in sheets
* No damage to property resulting from irresponsible and reckless actions
* No missing items (utensils, fixtures, blankets, etc
Power interruption is beyond the owner’s control.
Water source is from a deep well, so we suggest using the provided mineral water for cooking and drinking.
Our staff conducts daily pool cleaning operations in the early morning hours.
