The frogfish is possibly the strangest looking creature on Bohol's reefs, capable of changing color to match its surroundings so precisely that you could stare right at one and see nothing at all. They sit completely still and wait for prey to come just close enough, then strike in under a millisecond. Spotting one with a CASI guide is genuinely one of the most memorable dive moments you can have here. 😲
