* Payment is required in advance.
* We follow a strict no late payment policy.
* Guests with one (1) day unpaid balance will be requested to check out immediately.

* Check-out time is 12:00 NN.

* Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): ₱500.00 (subject to availability)
* Late check-out (until 6:00 PM): ₱500.00
* Beyond 6:00 PM: Full daily rate applies

👥 OCCUPANCY
* Only registered guests are allowed.
* Additional guest: ₱350.00 per person/day.

* Visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

🧹 CLEANLINESS
* Dispose of trash properly.
* Do not leave leftover food to avoid pests.
* Please maintain cleanliness at all times.

* Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room.

⚡ APPLIANCES & UTILITIES
* Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.

🔐 SECURITY
* Always lock the door when leaving.
* Management is not liable for lost or unattended belongings.

💼 UNPAID BALANCE & UNCLAIMED ITEMS
* Guests with unpaid balances are required to settle immediately.
* Belongings left due to non-payment will be secured and stored.
* Storage fees may apply.
* Items must be claimed within 15 days only.
* Unclaimed items beyond this period may be disposed of or released at management’s discretion.
